- Take it off the heat. It thickens a little more as it rests.

- Two tablespoons give a pourable bowl, three give a thick, spoonable one.
- Cooking for two? Double everything and add one more minute.
Questions people ask
How long does Talbeena take to cook?
3 to 5 minutes in a pan on a low to medium flame, stirring all the time.
Can I use water instead of milk?
Yes. Cook it the same way with water. Milk gives a creamier, richer bowl.
Do I need to add sugar?
It is up to you. The dry dates in the mix give a little natural sweetness; add honey, dates or sugar only if your family likes it sweeter.
Does it contain nuts?
Yes. Takmeeli Talbeena contains almonds, cashews and pistachios, and gluten from barley. Please read the allergen details on the pack.
