Good to know before you apply
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no fee to apply or to be appointed. You pay only for the stock you order.
What are the payment terms?
Orders are paid in advance before dispatch. To reserve an area while you arrange funds, a token amount can be paid, with the balance before dispatch. Please pay only to the company bank account printed on your quotation.
What does area protection mean?
A Pincode Trade Partner is the only partner the company appoints in that pincode, and a District Distributor is the only distributor in that district, for the validity period of the partnership. Partners who keep ordering keep their area.
Do I need a GST number?
A GST number is not compulsory to start. If you have one, share it in the form and your tax invoice will carry it.
Can I return unsold stock?
No. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after dispatch. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any shortage or transit damage to your sales executive the same day, with photos.
How is the stock delivered?
Every order is packed at our own unit in Malegaon, Maharashtra and sent by courier with a tracking number. Freight terms are part of your quotation.

Takmeeli Talbeena and Barliva single packs. Trade partners sell at the printed MRP; the trade price and schemes are shared on your call.
